Refund Exchange Policy

At Loom2Light, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return, refund, and exchange policy is outlined below:

1. Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

2. Conditions for Return, Refund, or Exchange

Items purchased from Loom2Light’s e-commerce store shall be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects in the received goods.

  • Damaged or broken products received.*

  • Incorrect items received (items different from what was ordered).

  • Incomplete order (some or all ordered items are missing from the package).

*For damaged or broken goods, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must provide supporting photographs/videos via the return request form linked below. Returns for damaged goods will not be accepted beyond this 24-hour window.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your provided account within 7 days from the approval date.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges and gift-wrapping fees (if any) paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stipulated period, please:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your bank for processing delays.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items in case of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same product, kindly submit your request through the form mentioned above.
